Playlist is a Web 2.0 music mag, covering Maryland and Virginia. All the local listings (and I mean all, some I didn’t know about), plus embedded audio and video for a handful of bands. However, you can’t subscribe by the web page right now, but they’re working on it. Hopefully they’ll stick around, as it’s a useful addition to the scene.
