I went to a farewell lunch for a coworker (or ex-coworker, they’re all exes now) and found out two other people are leaving, not of their own volition. One because he’s not billable (because he’s support, and what good are they for). The other refused to work 60 hours a week (that’s what they’re asking for now), because she’s a new mom with a kid who’s frequently sick. So they’re letting her go, bringing more people from their other location.
I just feel sorry for anyone who’s left.
